Manual dispensing gun

1) The manual dispensing gun is not cleaned, and the glue solidifies and blocks the channel. At this time, the channel must be cleared.

2) The viscosity of the glue is not suitable. If the viscosity is too high, the resistance will increase, the glue will be discontinuous or the glue will not come out. Therefore, choose the glue that meets the requirements.

Pneumatic epoxy dispensing gun

1) Air leakage at the air inlet: the air pump and the gas port of the epoxy dispensing gun are not sufficiently sealed. You can choose to change the joint or connect the air pipe to the gas port of the glue gun and fix it with iron wire.

2) The gun body leaks: you can remove the screw, reinstall it, and then tighten the screw. Or seal it with glass glue, which causes serious air leakage. Please contact the supplier to replace the gun body.

3) Air leakage at the front of the barrel: The glue is too long, causing the front cover to not be tightened. Or the front cover itself is screwed in place.

4) Air leakage at the rear end of the gun: the sealing ring is damaged, or the rear silencer is damaged, please contact the supplier for replacement.

Electric 2 part dispensing gun

1) Air leakage of the gun body: the screw can be removed, reinstalled, and then tightened. Or seal it with glass glue, which causes serious air leakage. Please contact the supplier to replace the gun body.

2) Air leakage at the front of the barrel: The glue is too long, causing the front cover to be unable to be tightened. Or the front cover itself is screwed in place.

3) Air leakage at the rear end of the 2 part dispensing gun: the sealing ring is damaged, or the rear silencer is damaged, please contact the supplier for replacement.　　

4) The battery power is not enough, please replace the battery.
